Terraces Vailable with liquid waterproofing

The waterproofing of terraces or roofs can be performed with a screed pending over the OSB panels and high quality liquid canvases, proven in the market, and finishing with slabs of concrete on adjustable supports or on wood decks.

One of the advantages of this solution is that the waterproofing applied can be be visited.

The pendings in a terrace are absolutely necessary, therefore we advise that the structure on the terrace has a dimension of 10 cm below the floor structure of the building.

The connection between the guttering and downpipes should be taken with zinc tidal inlets, designed case by case, so that the whole system run smoothly.
